The Cellar of Ye Olde Tavern (name subject to change).

Designed so that the main floor sits directly overtop the cellar, and the upper floor overtop of the main one.

There isn’t a capability yet in the Builder to create all this in one Assembly; the Builder can only understand one Tile per square at the moment. That’s why its been divided into three separate ones (one for each level).
